Shipping policy

DOMESTIC 

We offer free economy shipping on all U.S. orders over $25, unless specified otherwise during promotional periods. You will receive an email update with the tracking information for your order when it is dispatched to your address. Order is typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once the order is dispatched, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered via economy shipping.

For paid express shipping, please allow up to 3 business days after dispatch notification for your order to be delivered. 

Please note that SONATAP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages that are handled by the carrier. We will do our best to assist you with filing claims for missing packages with carriers if needed.  

INTERNATIONAL 

We currently do not ship outside of the US but do hope to be able to offer international shipping service soon. Please sign up for our newsletter to get notified when international shipping is available.
