Refund policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all purchases. You can return your product in unused condition for a full refund to the original payment method. Once the product has been used, we can no longer accept it for hygienic reasons and cannot accommodate such returns as a small business. 

We offer a 60-day warranty against defects and damages. If you received a defective item or your product was damaged upon delivery, please contact us at info@sonatap.com with your order number. We’ll make arrangements for you to return the damaged or defective product and receive a refund or replacement at the earliest with free shipping included both ways. After the 60-day warranty period, return or replacement requests may no longer be processed.
